The Professional Growth Track is for black professionals with at least 2 years in their career who are looking to accelerate in their industry. These professionals will receive Performance Strategies, Human Resources Navigation, Direct Report Relationship Development, Team & Department Acumen, Career Transition Support, and KPI/OKR Development to support their upward mobility in their career path.

FOUNDER
The Founder Growth Track is for founders and owners with a developed business idea looking for help navigating the business ecosystem. These participants will be guided to resources to support their Business Development, Financial Strategy, Scale and expansion Strategy, Leadership and Management Development, Strategic Partnership Development and Internal Operations Support.
